TOLER, Ky. — Wanda Sue Hunt, 73, of Toler, Ky., went to be with the Lord Fri., April 11, 2014.
Born Nov. 3, 1940, she was a daughter of the late Ferrell and Frances Ray. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hunt; their daughter, Ruby Elizabeth Hunt; her sisters, Linda Thacker and Doris Ray and brothers, William Ed Ray, Ferrell Ray Jr. and Paul Ray.
She was a member of the Stone Baptist Church for many years where she taught Bible school and love to sing.
Survivors include her children, Rhonda (Dwight) Stacy of Belfry, Ky., Jeff Hunt of Charleston, Darlena (Colin) Berry of Williamson, and Penny Hunt of Toler; grandson, Dustin E. Stacy of Belfry; step-children, Charlene Bradley of Huntington, Geneva (John) Moon of Stone, Ky., Connie (Tommy) Bevins of Turkey Creek, Ky., and Bud (Louella) Hunt of Stone; many step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brothers, Johnny (Fran) Ray of Hardy, Ky., Thomas (Kaye) Ray of Turkey Creek, and Clifford (Gail) Ray of Williamson; sister, Paula Ray of Belfry; sister-in-law, Daisy Ray of Turkey Creek, and special friends, Glennis Moore and Goldie Palmer.
Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Mon., April 14, at First United Methodist Church on Second Avenue in Williamson with Alan Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memory Gardens at Huddy, Ky.
Visitation will be from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home Chapel.
