Jeremy L. Clemons, 19, died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012.
He was born in Gainesville May 18, 1993 to Ronnie and Drucilla Clemons. He was a native of Chiefland where he worked as a farmer and was a member of Future Farmers of America. He graduated from Chiefland in 2011.
He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of the Otter Creek Baptist Church. He also belonged to HOSA and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding dirt bikes and anything outdoors, including riding airboats.
Survivors include his parents, Jerome "Ronnie" and Drucilla "Dru" Clemmons; brothers, Jason Tillis, twin brother, Josh Clemons, Joseph "Joe" Clemons, Jake Clemons; grandmother, Melba Tillis; nephews, Kainen Clemons, Keaston Clemons and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church of Chiefland Nov. 10 with Pastor Gordon Keller officiating.
