Rosella "Jane" Orawiec, 94, earned her angel wings Dec. 25, 2017 in Mission Viejo, Calif.
A 30-year resident of Williston, Jane and her late husband, Stan, moved to Williston from Wheaton, Md. in 1973.
She was born July 19, 1923 in Uniontown, Penn. to parents, Vincent and Mollie Cincinnati. At the age of 18, she took her civil service test and then moved to Washington D.C., becoming one of the first women to work for the then OSS (Office of Strategic Services) (now the CIA – Central Intelligence Agency). She remained with the CIA for 32 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Lisa (Greg) Lalli Porter; sister, Ella Orawiec; four grandchildren, Andrew Ort, Sandra Ort, Mitchell Porter and Amanda Porter; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will take place in Rockville, Md.
