Ann Marie Vazzana(1944-2012)

Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was born in Fullerton to Leonard and Imogene Dahlum, attended St. Mary's Grade School and finished her education at Brea Olinda High School.
She attended Lois Smith's College of Beauty after graduating high school, then started in the food industry in Southern California. In July 1990, she and her husband, Bill, opened Julieanna's Café in Willits.
Ann is survived by her loving husband, Bill Vazzana; and loving daughters Julie and Myrna, who spent the last year taking care of her. She also is survived by her grandson, Nick Forness; sister Lynn Kennelly, husband Dave, and their children Jon and Jenna and Jenna's husband, Chris Nowlin. She also leaves family in Southern California: Jim and Pauline Crow; Carol Crow and husband, Rob Rinde; and Walter Crow and many family members in Minnesota. She also is survived by many friends in Willits and her precious "fur children," Misty and Peaches.
Ann had a great love for Willits, and she and Bill were very involved and active in the community. Ann had many talents, starting with art in school (pen-and-ink, charcoal and watercolor drawings), flower arranging, ceramics, and finally the love of her life…cooking.
Ann was fun-loving and enjoyed pleasing people. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and anyone who knew her.

A memorial service will be Friday, December 7, at Anker-Lucier Mortuary, 95 West Commercial Street. Ann's final resting place will be with her mother and father in Hoffman, Minnesota.
