Sonja Jane Herrick, 64, died at her home in Glendale on Friday, April 5, 2013. A private gathering of family and close friends will be held later this year to celebrate her life.
Sonja Jane was born on March 30, 1949, in Willits, to Clifton and Eleanor Snider. She lived in Willits until she graduated from high school in 1967 and moved to Angwin to attend Pacific Union College.

In 1986 she married Greg Herrick, and they were married 27 years at the time of her death.
Sonja is survived by her loving husband, Greg; her brother, Steven Snider and wife Rosie of Baker City, Oregon, and their four children: Stephanie, Carolyn, Daniel and Jacob; her brother, Samuel Snider of Willits, and his three children: Rebecca, Cassie and Samuel II.
