Sandra (Ash) Janney, age 67, of Etna, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, after a long battle with multiple sclerosis.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Herb Janney; children Matthew and Paul Janney, and their wives Marissa and Lori; four grandchildren: Connor, Madison, Chace and Violet; a sister Marie (Ash) Evans; brother-in-law John Evans; sister-in-law Sharon Janney and husband Ton VanWageningen; and several nieces and nephews.
Sandra graduated from Laytonville High School in 1963.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Florence and Russell Ash, owners of the A-1 Grocery Store in Laytonville for many years in the 1960s.
A beautiful Celebration of Life service was held Sunday, November 18.
