Royal J. Perry(1942 - 2013)

Royal J. Perry, 71, of Winchester, passed away Friday December 6, 2013 at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital, Winchester, after an extended illness.
He was born November 25, 1942 in Coventry, R.I., to the late Joseph and Aurora (Audette) Perry. Royal was a veteran of the United States Army having served in Germany. He had worked for Astral Casket in Lynn.
Survivors include his twin brother Roger L. Perry (wife Linda) of Telephone, Texas; his best friend and companion of 25 years, Elizabeth Jacques of Winchester; a sister, Lorraine; best friends, Alfred Gaulien and Kenneth Phillips of Winchester; his God-daughter, Cynthia Woodl three nieces, Danielle Driskill, Rebecca Driskill and Elizabeth Gaulien all of Winchester; one nephew, Markus Hopkins of Winchester; and his feline companion "Tiger."
Visitation is 1-3 p.m. Wednesday at Thayer Funeral Home, Winchester.
