Cynthia Jo Luckey, 52, of Union City, Ind., died Wednesday, January 2, 2013.
She was born March 29, 1960 in Lebanon, Ind., to Verlin and Marcella Pennington Luckey. She graduated from Western Boone High School in 1978 where she was captain of the basketball team and held records in track. She also graduated from Indiana State with a bachelor's degree in recreation.
Cindy worked as a general manager for Arby's Corporation for more than 25 years. She took great pride in her job. She loved adventure, travel and bowling.
Survivors include her parents; two sisters, Margaret Luckey and Becky (Mike) Wooten; nephews, Michael Luckey, Joshua Wooten and Jordan Wooten; a great-niece, Serena Wooten; and many "favorite" cousins.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Monday at Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown. Burial will follow at Jamestown I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
