MAIKEL, Ruth Age 93, peacefully on December 24, 2014. Predeceased by her loving husband Alex (2000). Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Special thank you to Carol, Darlene, Doug and Nancy for the wonderful care you have given Aunt Ruth over the years. Visitation will take place at Morris Sutton Funeral Home, 68 Giles Blvd. E. (519-254-8633) on Sunday, December 28, 2014 from 12 noon until the time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Cremation with Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

MAILLOUX, Edmond  
MAILLOUX, Edmond Henry October 5, 1923 - December 20, 2014 Passed away peacefully at the age of 91 at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus. Predeceased by his parents Leo J. and Catherine Mailloux. Survived by his brother Andrew Mailloux (the late Doreen), sister-in-law Magella Mailloux (the late Felix). Will be missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Agnes and Dolphis Caza, Charles and Elizabeth Mailloux, Cecile and Pete Messina, Raymond and Rose Mary Mailloux, Leo Mailloux, Frank and Yvette Wood. Edmond spent most of his life farming in Lakeshore (the former Rochester Township). He then retired in the town of Belle River and spent the last eight years at Seasons Lakeshore. Visitation will be held at MELADY FUNERAL HOME 572 Notre Dame, Belle River 519-728-1500 on Tuesday from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service in the chapel to commence at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Simon & St. Jude Cemetery. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

MARTINELLO, Giovanni Battista "John" After a brief illness, with his family by his side, on December 19, 2014 at 70 years of age. Beloved husband and best friend of Sheila. Loving Dad of Eric, Joanne Thompson (Gerry), Jamie (Darla), Johnny and Jay (Andrea) and step-father of Shari Rocheleau (Brad) and Tammy Blair (Jeremy). Cherished Nonno and Papa John to David (Cari), Jesse, Kaili, Jordan, Edward, Isabel, Nicholas, Tristan, Rylee, Peyton, Kaidyn, Chance and Jayce. Treasured Bisnonno of Dallas, Mackenzie, Alex, Kailyn, Jackson, Landin and Noah. Predeceased by parents Achille (1972) and Giovanna (2003). Dear brother of Stefania and the late Gian-Franco (1947). John will be sadly missed by his many friends and extended family. John retired from the Tool & Die industry, he was an avid golfer, an expert wine connoisseur, excellent chef and a long time member of the Giovanni Caboto Club, Trevisani Nel Mondo, Alpini Windsor and an informal "member" of the Fogolar Furlan. MARTLAND, Dorothy (nee Pheasant) 92 years, passed away December 21, 2014 at Hotel Dieu. Loving mother of David (2008) and Sandra, of St. John's NL. In lieu of flowers, donations to Crime Stoppers or the Salvation Army would be appreciated. Special thanks to Elly and Jim Chapman for their help and friendship over the years. Thanks also to the Hospital Staff, ER Dept. At her request, Cremation has taken place and a private Interment was held at Victoria Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

MATLOCK, Olga Marie (nee Paska) Olga Marie Matlock (nee Paska) welcomed into the loving embrace of her Lord and Saviour on December 27, 2014 at the age of 86. Reunited with her loving and devoted husband of 63 years, the late George Maurice (2012). Loving Mother of Lynn Matlock- Girard of Tecumseh, Leslie Matlock-Crain and husband William, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Keith Matlock and wife Lorraine, of Lakeshore. Dear Grandmother of Jeremy Girard and wife Emily, Jeffrey Girard, Joshua Girard and wife Krysten, Brittany Matlock, Brandon Matlock and Cole Matlock. She will be sadly missed by her 7 great grandchildren. Survived by her sister Ida Drews and husband Donald, of California. Predeceased by her parents John and Meri Paska and by her younger brother John (1927). Dear cousin of Mary and Phil Keefner and the late John and Kay Andrasik. Survived by her brother-in-law Garnet and his wife Mary Matlock and several nieces and nephews. Olga was the Partner/Owner of Domestic Foundry Ltd. for over 45 years along with her beloved husband George. She was an active member of First Lutheran Church. Olga and George led their family by example with honesty, integrity, love, and dedication. Her belief and trust in God was paramount in her life, and was clearly conveyed to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered for her vast business insight, quick wit and honest counsel. If you so desire, donations to First Lutheran Church or Transition to Betterness would be appreciated by the family. MATTATALL, Frank Peacefully on December 23, 2014 at the age of 86 with loving family by his side. Devoted husband to Myra with whom they shared 65 years of marriage. Reunited with dearest daughter Cheryl Ann. Loving father to Debra (Bill), Michael (Dianne), Lewis and Janet (Mark). Proud Grandfather to 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Brother to David (Judy). Predeceased by his parents George & Jessie and brother Lawson. Frank will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Reunited with loving canine companions Skipper and Knuckles. Frank was a C.P.O with the Navy where he proudly served for 25 years and was a dedicated employee with Valiant Machine and Tool for 30 wonderful years. Frank will be forever remembered and missed for his kind and compassionate demeanour to all those who knew him.
