89 years, of Toronto, Windsor, and the Philippines, has joined her Creator on September 21, 2013 and now shares the joy of Eternal Life promised by Our Lord Jesus, with the loving intercession of Our Blessed Mother Mary. Beloved wife of the late Ciriaco "Ching." Loving mother and mother-in-law of Jaime and Leticia, the late Stella and the late Jose Arca, Efren and Gloria, the late Orlando and Virginia, Edwin and Josefina, Dante and Marissa, Ramon and Teresa, Leila and Marlon Narciso, Susan and Ike Brocoy, and Cesar and Babette. Dear grandmother of Vincent, Linnel, Oliver, Valerie, Allan Jay, Monika, Marco, Tristan, Jazztin, Chantal, Brandon, Ryan, Adrea, Melanie, Samantha, Brett, Bryan, CJ, and Matthew. Dear great grandmother of Seph, Keira, Evan and Ryan. Born to late parents, Anacleto and Sergia Arceo, on December 4, 1923, in Sariaya, Quezon, Philippines. Predeceased by her brothers Bartolome, Eugenio, Amado, Sinforoso, Mariano, and Marcelo. She was a teacher at Tayabas Western Academy in Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines, and an auditor of the Philippine Commission on Audit, assigned to the Department of Justice and the Supreme Court. She and her husband were active in the Christian Family Movement in the Philippines. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She will be missed by her relatives and friends, including all who affectionately call her "Inay." All services will be in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Visiting Thursday 3-9 pm.
