BOLTER, Percy J.
Passed away peacefully on June 21, 2013 at 97 years of age. Cherished husband of Barbara (nee Woodman) and the late Grace (nee Fox) (1963). Devoted father of Joyce and husband Raymond Breault, Patricia and husband Philip Burke, Colleen Ionson (John), Michele and husband Alan Hodare. Favourite grandpa of Jeff (Jennifer), Greg (Angela), Doug (Dianna), Rick (Toni), Christine (Jordan), Aaron (Sara), Ryan, and ten great- grandchildren. Beloved brother of the late Elsie, George and Fred Bolter. Brother-in-law of Noel Newbolt, Dr. John Woodman, John Fox, and Nancy Steen. Loving uncle to Jimmy Bolter and many other nieces and nephews. Percy was a veteran of WWII serving with the R.C.A.F. (1940-1946) and a 67 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 12 and 594. He was also a proud member of the Military Institute of Windsor and the Officers Mess. Percy retired from the City of Windsor as Director of Purchasing in 1981. If you so desire, donations to the Ontario Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
