JANE, Harold Richard
Peacefully at home on February 22, 2013, at the age of 89. Beloved husband of the late Mabel (2006). Loved father of Rosemary Murphy (Tom), Alan (Elaine), Reverend Brian Jane, Mike (MaryAnn), Bev Novakovich (Randy) and Derek (Sue). Dear grandpa of Mike (Carri-Belle), Erin and Mark Murphy (Carley), Melissa and Jennifer Novakovich, Christina Palombo (Steve), Michelle Santarossa (Jeff), Stephanie Stacey (Steve), Ashley, Danielle, Alanna, Christina, Nicholas and Scott Jane. Treasured great-grandpa of Kane and Adalin Murphy. He was a decorated WWII Vet serving in the Royal Canadian Navy Fleet Air Arm. He retired as Chief of Appeals with the Federal Civil Service. He was an active member of the Parkside Tennis Club. We were all blessed to have had such a humble, amazing role model in our lives. He was so dedicated to his family and especially his much-loved wife. Thank you to all who assisted in his care so that he could remain at home. If you so desire, donations to Windsor Essex County Right to Life Association or Birthright of Windsor would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Sunday 3:00 to 5:00, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at
