PETERS, Lindsay Scott
59 years, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2012 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus. Dear father of Christopher Scott Thomas, Chad Lindsay Thomas, John Robert Thomas and wife Laura Lamb. Loving grandfather of Karley Shayne Thomas, Harmony Marie Thomas, Autumn Grace Thomas, Cheyenne Church, Raeya Thomas. Dear brother of Yvonne Peters (Garry Moore), Elizabeth Peters-Wenzler (the late Huey), and little sister Susie Peters. Beloved son of the late Grace Peters. Dear uncle of Scott Moore, Nick Wenzler and Liz Wenzler and great uncle of Lily-Ann Wenzler. Nephew of the late Wesley, Roy, Violet, Vida and Nyle Peters. Lindsay was a well respected elder of the Caldwell First Nation. Lindsay, along with his good friend, Bill Beleutz, both received the Bronze Medal for Bravery from the Governor General of Canada for saving a life. With respect for Lindsay's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. A gathering will be held at a later date for family and friends at the Caldwell Community Centre. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to Pancreatic Cancer Canada Foundation by contacting the
