Loretta taught primary school for several years in Windsor and had a successful career with Sears Canada in Toronto. Loretta's most enduring role has been that of mentor. She was very active and involved in the communities she lived in Windsor, Toronto, Long Boat Key, Sarasota, Wooler and Cobourg. She loved life, was an avid gardener, a great cook, relished her time in Paris & London and loved the arts. One of her last laments: "So many movies I have not seen, so many books I have not read". Forever the teacher right to her last breath there were lessons to learn in a life lived well. Memorial Mass will be held at St. Anne's (Tecumseh) on Saturday September 29, 2012. Family visitation at 9:30 - 10:30 in the Parish Centre followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m. and then interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery (Windsor).
