REAUME, Nelson "Curly"
May 17, 1927 - September 27, 2012
Beloved husband and best friend of Josephine (nee Udall), with whom he celebrated 60 years of marriage. Loving father of Ronald Reaume and Patricia, Anne Dupuis and Randy, Carole DeLisle and Norman, Dan Reaume, Brenda Verkoeyen and Marty, Geoffrey Reaume and Esther, Laura Reaume and Kris Burleigh. Cherished grandfather of Diane, Nicole, David, Rochelle, Joseph, Steven, Adam, Richard, Kyle, Cody and Katelyn and step-grandchildren Rachelle, Derek and Jason. Loving great-grandfather to Eathen and Scarlett. Brother of the late Bernard Reaume, husband to Rita, Allan Reaume and Frances, Gerald Reaume and Maria McCarron. Brother-in-law of the late Tony Udall, Miriam Simard, Cyril and Wilfred Udall. Uncle Curly will be missed by his nieces and nephews. Son of the late Joseph and Mabel Reaume. Mr. Reaume retired from the Ford Motor Co. in Dearborn and Detroit. He was Chairman of the Windsor Catholic Lay Deanery and of St. Clare of Assisi Parish Council. He was a volunteer for many years at St. Clare and St. Alphonsus Parishes as a Minister of the Eucharist and Minister of the Word. Special Thanks to Richmond Terrace for their dedicated care. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Catholic Missions in Canada, Kidney Foundation of Canada or Windsor & Essex Cancer Centre Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
