COPPOLA, Sebastiano
Passed away peacefully on January 11, 2013 at Hospice of Windsor, with his family by his side. Loving husband of Nicolina (nee Tocco) for 57 years. Dear father of Vincenzo Coppola (Elsa), Giuseppe Coppola (Anna) and Graziella Brunetto (Melchiorre). Cherished Nonno of Nicolina Paciocco (Gino), Sebastiano (Nicole Lyons), John (Julia Aversa), Maria DiPasquale (Frank), Nina, Nicole (Joe Sanna), Laura, Steven and Bis Nonno of Ella. Survived by his brother Giacomo Coppola (Maria) and his sister Maria Cuttunaro (the late Aldo). Predeceased by his siblings Rosalia Gatto (Simone), Sarina Coppola, Ignazio Coppola (the late Marietta), Savarina Orlando (the late Cologero), Giuseppe Coppola (Lina) and Franca Li Cavoli (Mercurio). Also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews and their families. Sebastiano's greatest joy in life was spending time with his wife and family. He loved gardening and cooking for his family. Sebastiano retired from Teal Manufacturing after many years as a mechanic. A special thank you to the VON nurses, especially Linda B, and the wonderful nurses and volunteers at Hospice of Windsor and Essex County for all your care and compassion. on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers at 4:30 p.m. Friends are asked to meet at St. Angela Merici Church on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 for Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
