MADY, Michael Albert Born in Blind River, Ontario, on January 9, 1912, and passed away July 17, 2009, at Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus. Predeceased by his late wife Lorraine. Loving father of Diana and husband Nimer Khalaf, and the late Michael Mady Jr. Dear grandfather (Gidi) of Randy Khalaf and wife Jennifer, Dr. Nimer Khalaf Jr. and wife Vesna, Doris and husband Rob Chiarcos. Dear great-grand-father of Julia, Ella, and Nicholas Chiarcos, and Ryan Charles Khalaf. Dear brother of Albert Charles Mady and wife Nadia. Predeceased by brothers and sisters, Dr. David C.A. Mady, Norma Mady, George Mady, Cecilia Joseph, and Eva Haddad. Dear uncle of Dr. David C. Mady and wife Judy, and daughters Madison and Alexis, and many other nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Michael was president of Mady Holdings Ltd., which included Mady's Furniture, Mady's Big Boy Restaurant, and Mady's Airport Foods. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, July 19, 2009, from 2 - 5 p.m and 7 - 9 p.m. Prayers Sunday at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service Monday, July 20, 2009, at 9:15 a.m. from the Funeral Home, then to St. Ignatius of Antioch Orthodox Church (1808 LaBelle St.) for Funeral Service at 10 a.m. Interment at Victoria Memorial Cemetery.
