RIBBLE, Douglas Wayne 70 years, passed away peacefully on Monday December 24, 2007 at Leamington District Memorial Hospital. Loving father of Darlene Clark, Leamington; Wendy Jones and husband Dean, Brooklin; Doug Ribble and wife Lisa, Leamington. Proud and devoted grandfather of Melissa (Eric) and Ricky Clark, Kevin and Samantha Ribble, and cherished great grandfather of Halle Clark. Dear brother of Kay Winger and husband Bill, Margaret Czombos and late husband Burt, Bill Ribble, Don Ribble and wife Helen. Survived by sisters-in-law Alice and Lorraine Ribble. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Wilbur Ribble and late wife Edna, Barney Ribble, Carl Ribble and late wife Betty, Norma Ribble, Forest (Buck) Ribble, Eleanor McCormick. Doug was retired from the H.J. Heinz Co. after 35 years of employment. Doug always enjoyed his time doing his carpentry work, working in his gardens, fishing and with family visiting Flea Markets. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Doug's life will be held from the funeral home on Saturday December 29, 2007 at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
