BRYCE, William David Bill died at home on Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Beloved husband of Elizabeth and loving father of Matthew and Kathryn. Dear step-brother of Jeffrey and Edward Brydges. Cherished and mourned by many family and friends. Bill recently retired as Director of Education of the Thames Valley District School Board and was the Manager of the Ministry of Education London Regional Office. His many professional and community affiliations included The Council of Ontario Directors of Education, Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation, Ontario Public Supervisory Officers' Association, Thames Valley Education Foundation, United Way Board of Directors, Junior Achievement Board of Directors, Sunningdale Golf Club and Education Research Development Inc. Bill appre-ciated the many expressions of encouragement he received and his family is grateful for the love and care shown by his friends, colleagues and the medical community. Visi-tation will be held on Sunday from 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London, where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, April 18th, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
