LESPERANCE, Alan "Al"
Passed away peacefully at Riverside Place Long Term Care surrounded by his loving family, on May 18, 2012 at the age of 78. Loving and devoted husband of the late Marlene (2008). Dear father of Traci Lesperance (Chris Terpenkas), Kimberly Ryan. Predeceased by his parents Joseph Sr. and Hilda and his father and mother-in-law Clarence and Esther Williams. Beloved brother of Joseph Jr. Lesperance (2010), Denis Lesperance (Ruth). Dear brother-in- law of Conrad Williams and Ellwyn Williams (Pat). Will also be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Al's passion was selling cars. After a number of years at Dingwall Ford's he became part owner of Al and Jerry's Auto Centre then became dealer principle of Al Lesperance Ford Dealership in Amherstburg. Al was a lifetime member of the Trinity Lodge No. 521. Al's success led him to an early retirement to enjoy his annual trips to Florida and his weekend mystery trips. The family would like to thank Riverside Place for their extraordinary care and compassion. Special thank you to cousin Sandy McCloskey (Dave), Rosemary Scarpelli and her furry companion "Deke" for their exceptional care shown to our Dad. Visitation will take place at the
Victoria Greenlawn Memorial Chapel and Visitation Centre, 1525 Hwy 3
(1km west of Walker Road), 519-969-3939 on Monday, May 21, 2012 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m Archdeacon Rev. Ronald Matthewman officiating. Interment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. If you desire, donations to the Alzheimers Society or the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
