BAGGIO, Attilio
Passed away peacefully on August 5, 2012 at Devonshire Seniors Residence, with family by his side at the age of 99. Survived by his loving wife Rosanna (nee Furlan) with whom they celebrated 72 years of marriage. Dear father of Gabriella Bontorin (Ilario), Mario (Helen), Cathy Bernardi (Rick), Tino (Joan), and Gloria Mastrogiacomo (Tony). Loving Nonno of Ivano (Silvana), Diano, Caroline (Steve), Carl (Cathy-Jo), Mark, Matthew (Simona), Michael (Catherine), Tino Jr, Jason (Nina), Gregory, Joey and dearest Bisnonno of Jenna, Alex, Mitchel, Amanda, Andrew, Viva, Dea and Lilli. Survived by his brother Alberto and his sister Maria Dotto of Italy. Attilio was a volunteer for many years at St. Angela Merici Parish, where he was a member of the Holy Name Society and the Ushers Club, as well as a long time member of Trevisani and Veneti Association of Windsor. He was a member of the War Veterans Association, and fought in Yugoslavia and Africa in WWII.
