She immigrated to Canada on October 24, 1969 and married Christos in 1971. She worked for General Motors and was a proud member of CAW Local 195. She was a dedicated church go-er at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church and Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Detroit and an active member of the Windsor Greek Community and "O Morias" Peleponnese Society of Windsor. She had a warm heart and always had an "open house" for everyone. She enjoyed treating everyone to her traditional baking and welcomed all with open arms, a genuine smile…and a pinch.
