COUVILLON, Jean (nee Ridout)
72 years, passed away suddenly on January 19, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Frederick (May 2012). Survived by her daughter Wanda and husband Tom Lucier, son Michael and wife Tricia Montminy and predeceased by her loving daughter Mary - Kay. Jean very much loved her grandsons Jody Legace and Marc Montminy, granddaughter Michelle Montminy and great-grandchildren Mickayla, Dominic and Allissa. Predeceased by parents Mary and Garfield Ridout. Dear sister to Audrey Slavick (late Steve), Garfield Ridout (Gloria), Loretta Dorion (Richard), Ruby Racicot (Louis), Beverly Lesperance (Phil), late Linda Ridout, Joseph Ridout (Debbie), Bill Ridout, Jim Ridout, late Michael Ridout, Cathy Cosgrove (Bill) and Betty Cloutier (friend Al). Jean will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Jean opened Paradise Wedding Chapel, which was the first wedding chapel in Canada and also was the original owner of Balloon Carnival; which was the first helium balloon store in Windsor. Jean was a strong supporter of Harmony in Action, having served on the board of directors. At Jean's request cremation and a private family service has taken place. She will be greatly missed.
