HARRIS, Loris Jean
"Friend too many, Mother to all; Mama Jean" Loris Jean Percell-Harris was born to Evie Miller and Johnnie "Snooks" Percell on March 27, 1940. She joined Friendship Baptist Church at an early age. Loris lived in Horse Cave, Kentucky until she united in marriage to Fred Eugene Harris on March 10, 1975. She then moved to Windsor. Loris departed this life on February 4, 2013 at 9:30 p.m. at her home. She leaves to mourn 5 daughters; Evie Margurita Cook-Edmonds (Lexington, Ky), Tracy Donnita Mitchell (Elizabethtown, Ky), Lemia Kiriwina Harris-Wade (Robert) (Windsor), Venita Jo Harris-Sherman (Windsor). Special aunt to Patricia Darlene Jordan (Horse Cave Ky). Will also be missed by 6 nephews, 1 niece and 8 grandchildren; Nicholas Percell, Tinisha Wooden, Mysteria Bayliss-Harris, Cyliss Sherman, Marius Harris, Jules Wade "Smiley", Adrian Jordan, Dartez Jordan and 4 great grandchildren.
