SCRATCH, James Ray
56 years, suddenly on Nov. 5, 2013 in Benghazi, Libya. He will be sadly missed by his wife Almakul and daughter Amal, his mother Doreen Scratch (predeceased by his father Hugh Scratch, 1984), his sister Jennifer Molnar & husband Dale, and his nephews Michael and Matthew. He was a teacher in several different countries where he loved sharing his vast knowledge. He was a paramedic with the Ontario Provincial Ambulance Services. He served with the United Nations Peace Keeping as a proud member of the Essex & Kent Scottish and Ottawa Guards Regiments. Visiting at the
