Hamann, Rosa

Rosa E. Hamann age 65, of N16145 County Rd. G, Town of Armenia, Juneau Co., died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Edgewater Haven Nursing Home in Port Edwards.

Private services will be held at a later date. Feldner/Ritchay Funeral Home of Nekoosa is assisting the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.ritchayfuneralhome.com.

Rosa was born March 28, 1947 in Meoqui Chihuahua, Mexico to Ramon and Rosalia (Montijo) Rodriguez. She married Frederick Hamann on June 17, 1994 in Wisconsin Rapids. He died January 13, 2009.

Rosa enjoyed a large garden of flowers and vegetables as well as cooking. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her 3 children, Maria (Tom Jessie) Housworth of Wisconsin Rapids, Francisco (Terry Hoff) Otero of Wisconsin Rapids, and Irma (Philip Osowski) Otero of Nekoosa; 4 grandchildren, Taylor Ringer, Miguel Angel Oertel, Cristian Housworth, and Bianca Housworth; and 4 brothers, Antonio, Luis, Manuel and Armando Rodriguez.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Rosa Isela; two sisters, Angela and Berta; and one brother, Ventura.
