Julie Mae Jagodzinski, a resident of Wisconsin Rapids, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt passed away at the age of 54 on January 24, 2014.

A mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:30 AM Wednesday January 29, 2014 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Wisconsin Rapids. Rev John Steiner will officiate. Visitation will be held on Tuesday January 28, 2014 at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids from 4:00-7:00 PM and again at the church on Wednesday from 10:30 AM until the time of services. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.

Julie was born on July 25, 1959 in Wisconsin Rapids to Chester and Amelia (Klesmith) Glodoski. She attended Assumption High School and graduated with honors in 1977. Julie was united in marriage to John Jagodzinski on September 2, 1978 and became a loving mother to two daughters. She was employed as a teller and auditor at Wood County Bank for over 17 years. Thereafter, Julie was employed in manufacturing and health care. For the final year of her life, Julie received loving care at Azura Memory Care in Wausau.

Julie was an incredible person. She treasured spending time with her family and friends. She appreciated many types of music and played the piano often. Julie enjoyed baking, volunteered at church, gardened, read countless novels and loved to dance. She believed in immaculate housekeeping and a healthy diet, although she relished sweets. Julie's compassion, patience and hard work shined through in all she did.

Her legacy lives on in the following survivors: her husband John, mother Amelia of Stevens Point, daughters Jessica (Christopher) Pukala of Stevens Point and Joanna (Kenny) Mack of Rudolph; 3 brothers David (Kristi) Glodoski of Wisconsin Rapids, John (Tammy) Glodoski of Weyauwega and Marty Glodoski of Wisconsin Rapids; 2 sisters Mary (Robert) Schoofs of Carbondale, CO. and LuAnn (Randy) O'Keefe of Wisconsin Rapids; many nieces and nephews and close friends. She is further survived by one grandchild Maizy Mack who was born on January 24, 2014.

Julie was preceded in death by her father Chester Glodoski.
