Asa, and my father, the late Earl Carey, graduated from High School together, enlisted in the Marines together, and remained close friends until my father's death in 1976. (In fact, Asa was a pallbearer at my father's funeral, and my mother's in 1977.) To Ann, Connie, Jeff and family, we are lifting you up in our prayers. I believe Dad and Asa are catching up in heaven, and talking about growing up together, farming, basketball and life in Blanchester. God Bless You All!
