Julie Miller Wall, 60, died 8:10 p.m., Thursday, April 17, 2014 at The Residence at Kensington Place in Middletown.

Her husband, Robert Wall, survives. They were married May 12, 1989.

Julie was born July 24, 1953 in Wilmington, a daughter of Betty Dalton Miller of Wilmington and the late Harold Miller. She was a 1973 graduate of Wilmington High School.

Julie had worked at Orion Inc. She was a former 4-H member and Girl Scout. She enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Wilmington.

She was a very happy person who loved life and people.

In addition to her husband and mother she is survived by a sister, Joy (Steve) Keith of Wilmington; a sister-in-law, Linda Miller of Waynesville; her nieces and nephews, Dr. Josh (Niki) Miller, Craig Keith, Marc Keith, Marne (Steve) Harding, Josie (Nate) Muterspaw, Audra (Brad) Larrick, Shelley (Josh) Watson, and S. Sgt. Wesley Keith; as well as several great nieces and great nephews.

In addition to her father, her brother, Dr. Steve Miller, is preceded in death.

Funeral services will be noon, Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Wilmington, 79 E. Locust St. in Wilmington, with Rev. Larry Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon, Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Wilmington.
