Debbie is survived by her mother, Mary Foulds of the The Woodlands, her husband of 35 years, Bill, her daughter, Amanda, who is attending Washington University in St. Louis, and her brother Robert Foulds, an attorney in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as cousins, nieces and nephews.

Bill and Amanda, My condolences go out to you and the rest of your family. Debra was taken way to young. I remember from our days at Wooster. This is a real shock to many of us.
