Ada L. Bralley Ada Mae Lyons Bralley, 96, of Wytheville died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010. Funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 11, at 1 p.m. at the Grubb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Collins officiating. Interment was in the Mountain View Cemetery at Rural Retreat. She was a member of the Crockett Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Tye and Lola Wright Lyons. Survivors include four daughters and two sons-in-law, Grace and Rex Halsey of Independence, Mary Edith McCloud of Traphill, N.C., Rose and Edwin Carter of Wytheville and Anna Mae Wampler of Richmond; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ben and Wanda Wright of Independence, George Steven Wright, Larry and Pam Bralley, all of Max Meadows; a sister and brother-in-law, Della and Paul Pridemore of Max Meadows; a brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Catherine Lyons of High Point, N.C.; a sister-in-law, Georgia Lyons of Rural Retreat; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. Grubb Funeral Home in Wytheville is in charge of the arrangements.
