Bobbie Jo "B.J." Bell

Bell Bobbie Jo "B.J." Bell, 28, died Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, in Richmond. B.J. was born in Haleyville, Ala., on Feb. 22, 1982. She was a very loving mother. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Garland and Maxine Haulsee of Marion and Wordie and Marie Bell of Double Springs, Ala., and a very special uncle, Chappy Thomas. Survivors include her mother and stepfather, Debra Haulsee Mays and Allen Mays of Marion; her father and stepmother, David and Diane Bell of Double Springs, Ala.; her daughters, Alexus Smith of Marion and Amaya, Markaya and McKendrah Bell, all of Richmond; her stepbrother, Christopher Bell of Double Springs, Ala.; a very special aunt, Patty Thomas of Marion; a special uncle and aunt, Ronald and Hada Haulsee of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Sept. 16, at 8 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Thompson officiating. Graveside services were conducted Friday at 11 a.m. in Rose Lawn Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday at Seaver-Brown Chapel from 6 p.m. until the time of service.
