David Michael Neal

Neal David Michael Neal, 62, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, at his home. He was a well-known bluegrass musician and performed with many local bands. Survivors include his daughter, Lacy Neal of Chilhowie; his brother, William Neal of Roanoke; his significant other, Lisa Barker, and her daughter, Samantha Robertson, both of Troutdale; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted Friday, Jan. 7, at 8 p.m. at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Elder Larry Blevins officiating.
