Garland J. Dunford Garland Junior Dunford, 63, son of the late Earl and Euna Dunford of Ivanhoe, went to walk with Jesus on Monday, Oct. 11, 2010. Funeral service was held Tuesday, Oct. 12, at 7 p.m. at the Reese Funeral Home with the Revs. Mike Ingo and Tony Funk officiating. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Oct. 13, at the Odd Fellows Cemetery. He was born Oct. 22, 1946. He is survived by two brothers and a sister-in-law, Gene Douglas and Linda Dunford of Ivanhoe, William M. "Denny" Dunford of Wytheville; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary and Wayne Armbrister, Helen and Jerry Armbrister, Annie and David "John" Graybeal, all of Max Meadows, and Kathy Sue Dunford of Wytheville; an uncle, Joe "Dude" Dunford Jr. of Ivanhoe; 12 nieces and nephews; 15 great-nieces and great-nephews; and numerous cousins. Reese Funeral Home in Austinville is in charge of the arrangements.
