Paul D. Brady Jr. Paul David Brady Jr., 76, of Wytheville died Thursday, Nov. 22, 2010. A graveside memorial service was held Monday, Nov. 15, at 11 a.m. in East End Cemetery with the Rev. Brad Simpson officiating. American Legion Post 9 conducted graveside military rites. He was born July 16, 1934, in Wythe County, son of the late Paul David Sr. and Hilda Rogers Brady. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of VFW Post 2563 and American Legion Post 9. He was preceded in death by a sister, Florence Frost. Survivors include his wife, Helen Muller Brady of the home; a daughter, Paula Jean Campbell of Memphis, Tenn.; two sons and a daughter-in-law, George A. Brady and Lorena of Martinsburg, W.Va., and James A. Brady of Memphis, Tenn.; two stepsons, Patrick E. O'Connor and Herbert K. O'Connor, both of Gaithersburg, Md.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Barnett Funeral Home in Wytheville was in charge of the arrangements.
