Survivors include her husband, Ronald Boots; father, Bruce Moyer and wife, Jolene, of Pennsylvania; son, Eric Garcia and wife, Stacey, of Pasadena, Md.; one daughter, Carline Hernandez of Chilhowie; two brothers, Lee Moyer of Pennsylvania and Dewayne Moyer and wife, Sandra, of Pennsylvania; one sister, Louise Groff and husband, Jim, of Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Austin Garcia, Cierra Kegley, Marcus Carroll; and other loving family members. Graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, at Rose Lawn Cemetery with Perry Hall officiating. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.bradleysfh.com.
