Virginia F. Kincer Virginia "Sis" Fowler Kincer, 86, of Wytheville died Friday, Nov. 4, 2011. Funeral service was held Sunday, Nov. 6, at 2 p.m. at Evergreen United Methodist Church with Pastor Steve Alderman officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery. She was a lifelong member of Evergreen United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Kincer Sr.; and two sons, Danny Kincer and Troy Kincer. Survivors include five sons, Wayne Kincer, Sonny Kincer, Stephen Kincer, Douglas Kincer and Barry Kincer; a brother, Bill Fowler; 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Evergreen United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Chalmer Frye, 484 Winding Rd., Wytheville, VA 24382. Grubb Funeral Home in Wytheville was in charge of the arrangements.
