Wanda D. Dewilde Wanda Dalton Dewilde, 53 of Wytheville died on Sunday, Dec. 19, 2010. Memorial service will be Thursday, Dec. 30, at 2 p.m. in the Petunia Christian Church conducted by Rev. Bob Johnson Jr. Visitation will be Thursday, Dec. 30, from 1 p.m. until service time. She was the daughter of the late Thomas A. & Ella Chapman Dalton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Dewilde, and a brother, Michael Dalton. Survivors include a birth daughter, Susan Vipperman of Abingdon; sister, Donna Jonas of Manassas Park; special cousin, Kay Horney of Speedwell; granddaughter, Rylann Norwood of Abingdon; two nieces, Cindy Ray of Manassas and Emily Boyd of Purcellville; and great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wythe County Rescue Squad. Grubb Funeral Home in Wytheville is in charge of the arrangements.
