XENIA — The checkered flag was waved on July 17, 2014 on the biggest Nascar fan in the country. Billy Ray Miller will be sadly missed by all who had the honor to know him. He was a man who was dearly devoted to his children and grandchildren. Billy's other interests were gun slinging, westerns, boxing and working on cars. Billy touched everyone who knew him with his sense of humor and loving heart. Billy R. Miller, age 79, passed away Thursday July 17, 2014 in Xenia Ohio. Billy was born December 29, 1934 in Wise County, Virginia the son of the late Wade Sr. and Una (Moore) Miller. Along with his parents Billy is preceded in death by his wife: Earlene (Conley) Miller; son: Chris Miller; brother: Bobby Miller; granddaughter: Violet Markowsky and daughter-in-law: Rhea Miller. Billy is survived by his daughters: Rayleen Davis (Donald), Tana Stuck (Steve) and Lori Miller; sons: Jeff Miller and Nick Miller; daughter-in-law: Kate Miller; sister: Anna Sue Vines; brothers: Wade Miller Jr. (Nema), Marvin Miller, Walter Miller (Brenda), and Charles Miller. Billy is also survived by his grandchildren: Christopher Miller, Casey Davis, Alayna Young, Brandon Miller, Miles Miller, Jessee Miller, Bryanna Miller, Dalton Teak, Alexandra Davis; and great-grandchildren: Ellie Miller and Shelby Miller. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Wednesday July 23, 2014 at the McColaugh Funeral Home Inc. 826 N. Detroit St. Xenia, Ohio 45385.
