Forrest R. Johnson Jr.

XENIA Forrest Ray Johnson Jr., "Junior", age 64, of Xenia, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013, at Hospice of Dayton. He was born September 21, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Forrest Ray Sr. and Laura Hazel (Adkins) Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Patricia Johnson. He is survived by his loving wife, Verena (Agee) Johnson, whom he married December 23, 1969; his children: Tammy Lynn Johnson (Frank Wood) of Xenia and Brian L. (Angela) Johnson of Wilmington; 4 grandchildren: Amber (Richard) Meyer; Jacob Wood; Ashley Wood, and Jobe Johnson; 3 great grandchildren: Abram, Caleb and Lillian Meyer; brothers: Daniel (Mary Joyce) Johnson; Miles (Cathy) Johnson; and Deborah (John) Gaeke; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He retired from Kurz-Kasch Plastics after 40 years of service. He was a friend, mentor and role model to many. He was the ultimate family man. Junior influenced many men to do what's right in the eyes of the lord and their family. A Celebration of his Life will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, November 30, 2013 at McColaugh Funeral Home, Inc., 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia.
