Marie "Millie" Reynolds

XENIA Marie "Millie" Reynolds, 93, of Xenia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, June 14, 2013, at Hospice of Dayton. She was a former member of First Reformed Church, a 1938 graduate of Xenia High School, and was a former librarian at the Greene County Library. She was born March 27, 1920, in New Burlington, Ohio, the daughter of Jesse and Marie Bennington Ary. She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Lee Hooker, of Belleview, Nebraska, a son, Robert Reynolds, of Spring, Texas, by two brothers-in-law, William E. "Jack" Busby and Russell Berwanger, both of Xenia, by six grandchildren, including a special granddaughter, Kimberly West, Belleview, NE, who grew up in her household, seven great-grandchildren, by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by three sisters, Dorothy Schardt, Ellen Berwanger, and by Helen V. Busby. Millie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no visitation. Contributions may be made to a favorite charity in her memory.
