XENIA — Mildred L. Jameson, 91, of Xenia, passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Greene Memorial Hospital. She was born April 9, 1923, in West Plains, Missouri, the daughter of Edward E. and Maude Robbins Zimmer. She retired from WPAFB. She is survived by a daughter, Sandra K. Jameson, a son and daughter-in-law, Charles E. (Andrea K.) Jameson, an adopted son, Dallas Hanson, all of Xenia, three grandchildren, Sherri Richards (Rob), Brenda Gross (Myke), and Christopher Rohrback, a great-grandson, Bryan T. Richards (Nicole), eight great-great-grandchildren, Daniel, Nathan, Caleb, Rebekah, Jeffrey, Cassie, Haley, and Jackson, a brother, Cliff Zimmer, Escondido, CA, by numerous nieces and nephews, and by many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur E. Jameson, in January 1997, two sisters, Dorothy Wolfe and Mable Reeder, and by four brothers, Harold, Paul, Charles, and Earl Zimmer. Mildred will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held from 2-4pm, Sunday, April 13, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia.
