Richard Graham

XENIA — Richard L. "Dick" Graham, 69, of Xenia lost his courageous battle with cancer May 14, 2014 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born July 20, 1944 in Xenia to the late Betty Graham Downing and the late Archie Graham. Dick honorably served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army where he was decorated with the Purple Heart in 1967. Dick spent 50 years in the telecommunications industry including Ohio Bell, AT&T, Lucent Technologies, EDS, Energy Communications, and Workflow One. Dick is survived by his loving wife of 17 years Rebecca "Becky" Graham; daughters: Jennifer (Calvin) Vanada and Deborah (Brett) Kent and grandchildren: Kelsi Kent, David Kent, Jacob Kent, Shannon Vanada and Shea Vanada. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday May 17, 2014 at the McColaugh Funeral Home 826 N. Detroit St Xenia, Ohio 45385. The family will receive friends Saturday May 17, 2014 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow at the Woodland Cemetery Xenia.
