XENIA — Donald "Don" Grant Craycraft, age 87, of Hillsboro, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Highland District Hospital. Don was born the son of the late Tobe and Flora (Penix) Craycraft on June 1, 1931 in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was a member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ, enjoyed farming, and sold real estate for Chambers Realty for 20 years. Don is survived by his wife, Deloris J. (Rife) Craycraft, whom he married on August 19, 1949; four children, Donna (Bob) Minge of Port William, Diana (Jim) Liming of Xenia, David (Deborah) Craycraft of Leesburg, and Lynn (Steve) Stanek of Xenia; nine grandchildren, David (Elissa) Minge, Mark (Saundra) Minge, Brian Liming (Kelly), Laura (Brian) Hall, James (Mary Beth) Craycraft, Jennifer Frazier, John (Patty) Craycraft, Jamie Dolbeer, Jason (Anna) Stanek; 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and many close friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Thelma Lepper and Wanda Foster. In keeping with his wishes, Don will be cremated. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
