XENIA Vivian Kay "Vicky" Johnson, age 60, of Xenia, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at the Ross Heart Hospital in Columbus. She was born February 17, 1952 in Jamestown, the daughter of Ernest Gibson and Wanda Mae (Ary) Middleton. She had been an employee of the Montgomery County Human Services, where she did data entry. She was an avid bowler. Vicky was a member of the New Jasper United Methodist Church, and was involved with a bible study group at Cedarville Nazarene Church. She loved both of her church families. Vicky enjoyed people and talking to people about Christ. Vicky was preceded in death by her parents and a brother: Douglas Middleton. She is survived by her loving husband, Harold L. Johnson, whom she married May 27, 1972; her daughters: Leslie A. Wilson and Kerri L. (Stephen) Day, all of Xenia; granddaughters: Autumn, Jennifer, and Christine Day; sisters: Ann (Kent) Mills of Troy and Gayle (Tim) McKnight of Louisville, OH; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at New Jasper United Methodist Church, 3060 Jasper Rd., Xenia, with Pastor Stephen C. Rinehart officiating. Interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bowersville, OH. The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 pm at McColaugh Funeral Home, 826 N. Detroit St., Xenia. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Diabetes Association, the American Heart and/or Kidney Fund or the Ross Heart Hospital.
