FAIRBORN — Rosella M. "Rosie" Milby, age 84 of Fairborn, passed away Monday March 24, 2014 in the Hospice of Dayton. She was born January 27, 1930 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Charles O. and Bertha M. (Sleppy) Miller. Rosie retired from Chrysler Corporation; served as Past Madam President of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary #2641, and attended the Gospel Training and Outreach Center. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ivan in 1974; a son, Edward Milby; two brothers, C. Melvin Miller, C. Howard Miller; and a sister, Carol Forebeck. She is survived by three children, Thomas (Sue) Milby of Kettering, Dale (Phyllis) Milby of Fairborn, Sheila (Randy) Collins of Franklin; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; three sisters, Beverly Harris, Janet Ward, Jo-Ann Brenneman; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other extended family. The family will receive friends on Thursday March 27, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M., with an Eagles Auxiliary service at 7:45, in the Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, 422 E. Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, where a funeral service will be held on Friday March 28, 2014 at 10:00 A.M., Matt and Bill McFarland officiating.
