BEAVERCREEK — Robert G. Grebner, 78, of Beavercreek, was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on Oct 12, 1935 to Lee (Sloan) and Harry Grebner. Bob left this earth on July 7, 2014. He leaves his wife of 53 years, Janet and son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Chris Grebner and the highlight of his life, grandson, Benjamin Robert, one sister Carol Hartman, niece Heather (Bobby) Ritchie, great nieces and nephews Zach, Christopher, Emily, Parker and Isabella of Eaton, two aunts and many cousins in Virginia. Preceding him in death were his parents, and many aunts and uncles. Bob was a graduate of Fairview High School Class of 1953 in Dayton and spent his working life in the printing field as a Lithographer with Central Printing and Concept Imaging, and several years with Neeld Funeral Home in Xenia. He was a Charter Member and Deacon of Kirkmont Presbyterian Church in Beavercreek, and a long-time member of the Tri-State Studebaker Drivers Club where he held a number of offices and traveled to many parts of the country with Studebaker friends. He served in the US Air Force with a tour of duty in England. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Hospitality Home for Bob's care. Services will be held at 10:30am, Friday, July 11, at Kirkmont Presbyterian Church, Beavercreek, with Rev. John Quigley officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm Thursday, at Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St., Xenia. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens.
