I remember having Mrs. Williams as one of my teachers in kindergarten and how much I liked her as a student. Years later as I became an adult and would run in to her from time to time, I would always think to myself what a wonderful, genuine person she was and how she continued to make me smile the same way as I used to as a child. Ava and I will keep Mrs. Williams and her family in our prayers. Tabitha & Ava Cousart

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Squash, Penny & Barry, Mickey & Lisa,& Families,
Abby was a dear sweet special lady. I am proud to know she considered me her friend. She took such good care of so many students at Fall Creek school (mine included.) She as you know was known as the FC tooth puller, the kids always trusted Mrs. Williams- quess it was just her special touch.
When I started working at Fall Creek she made me feel so welcome. We were a great big happy family there and she was a big reason that we all felt that way. She always like to have fun but get the job done.
Abby surely loved her Grandkids and was proud of each and everyone of them, and will continue to watch over you all.
May the lord wrap his arms around all of you in the coming days and comfort each of you during this time loss.
I am thankful to have known her.
Love to you all.

I was deeply saddened when I received the news of Abby's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. Abby was one of the kindest and sweetest ladies I have ever known. She was my bus driver all through elementary school at Fall Creek,
and was always on the sideline cheering me and Mickey on, all the years we played baseball together. May God wrap his loving arms around you, and give you strength as you navigate through this difficult time. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless!

To the family: I am a childhood neighbor of the Carter family. Bonnie was my age and Abigail a year or so younger. She was always so beautiful - I can still see her smile and her beautiful blonde hair. We played on Newton Street where they lived, and I lived nearby on Ogburn Ave. I only have one sister, Sharon, who is almost 12 yrs younger, and no brothers. I have always wondered where the Carters went when they moved away. I believe that our family moved to a new house on Arita Circle in May of 1959, and I cannot remember whether they were still there or if they had moved out first. I have some very special memories w/the Carter girls - we had a little trail that ran from their back yard over to our house. The Huls family lived on the corner of Ogburn and Newton and Terry, the Carters and I played together. Sweet memories never fade. May you all be comforted by God's enduring love, beautiful memories and the love of friends. Sincerely,
Donna Bowman Ulrich
