YORK Pamela A. (Repman) Gibboney, 54, died on Wednesday, August 1, 2012, at 1:35 p.m. at her home. She was the wife of Barry L. Gibboney with whom she celebrated their 36th wedding anniverary on September 20, 2011. There will be no viewing. A visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2012, at Workinger-Semmel F.H. & Crematorium, Inc., 849 E. Market St., York. The service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard B. Starr, pastor of Christ Lutheran Church in Starview, officiating. Burial will follow in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Gibboney was born September 13, 1957, in York, the daughter of Nellie M. (Heindel) Kline of York and the late Leroy E. Repman. She was a teacher's assistant for 12 years with LIU #12 and a graduate of Northeastern High School. Family was her life. Mrs. Gibboney is survived by her husband and mother; a daughter, Leann M. Styers and husband, Daniel of York; a son, Michael D. Gibboney and wife, Tracey of Dover; five grandchildren, Josie and Coltin Styers, and Aidan, Logan and Kamdyn Gibboney; and a brother, Christopher L. Repman of Mount Wolf. She was preceded in death by twin grandchildren, Shea and Cole Bernhard. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer Patient Help Fund, c/o York Health Foundation, 912 S. this is to all of pamela's family, i'm sadden to hear of my cousin's passing,pam was like my little sister! spent many day's playing together, sleep over's in our childhood going away with her mother, my aunt nellie ! sorry, did not keep in touch with pam over the year's pam will alway's be in heart! my memory! pam was the greatest cousin anyone could of had!my deepest condolence to all of her family.& friend's!

Leann: I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. Thinking of you and your family during this difficult time. I always remember how back in the day your mom always let me sleepover on school nights, not something too many mom's do. Those were good times. <3

What a wonderful person with a great sense of humor and compassion for all she came in contact with. Pam was a beautiful person with a great spirit and she will be missed. I pray that all of her family will celebrate her life in their memories and find peace in the comfort that she touched many lives. I will be praying for all those who knew Pam that during this very difficult time, each of you will find peace knowing she is in each of your hearts! Pam, it was an honor and privelege to know you and I will always remember your laughter and smile.
