Carolyn S. Grimm

MT. WOLF Carolyn Sue (Farrell) Holland Grimm, 71, entered the presence of God on Sunday, November 25, 2012, from ManorCare South. She was the wife of Robert L. Grimm, with whom she shared 31 years, and the widow of Frank E. Holland. Born on April 11, 1941, in Sikestown, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Marie and Paul B. Farrell. She was a loving wife, mom, and grandmother. Carolyn leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Pamela Jackson and husband, Glenn, Jr. of York; four grandchildren, Chad Michael Funk and wife, Nicole of Dover, Kerri Funk and companion, David Wickenheiser of Hellam, Amber Cutler and husband, Kenneth of Columbia, and Nicholas Jackson and companion, Emily Benton of York; great-grandchildren, Kara, Haillie, Andrew, Aiden, Aubrianna, Alexis, Kaylin, Madison, Morgan, Jordan, and Olivia; and two sisters-in-law, Ealora Holland of York and Edith Tweed of Florida. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2012, at the Kreutz Creek Presbyterian Church, Old Church Lane, Hellam. The Rev. Marian Haynes-Weller will be officiating. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., York, is entrusted with the arrangements.
